Do we need Copilot licences for everyone?
Not usually. Many organisations start with a pilot group and expand as usage shows value. Copilot Chat is available without a full licence; the right mix depends on your roles and data.
Will Copilot see confidential files?
Copilot can only surface content a person already has permission to open. If permissions are too broad, Copilot makes that visible fast. That is why we review permissions and labelling first.
How long does readiness take?
It depends on the size and state of your tenant. The Assessment gives you a clear plan and timescale, and we confirm the duration before any work starts.
